Game Guide for Dark Souls 2 App Reviews

Needs a lot more to be considered a game guide. Basically just have some things about weapons and covenants. Also info is very hard to find.

Yeah its only 99 cents, and yeah the game is so difficult that you may feel like "Ill take any help I can get," but this app is god awful. It has information on some inventory items (no weapons, armor, or staffs, etc.). It has information on covenants, but nothing more than what is on Dark Souls 2 wiki. Pathetic! No weapon descriptions or locations to find weapons or armor? Go to wiki and save a buck.

Formatting looks good on both ipad and iphone. Guide is very helpful, it smooths along progress in the game without making it all TOO easy. Get this if youre struggling at finding items etc, or if you just wanna finish dark souls 2 before the year 2020 :-)

Its nice and all but it doesnt have all the items or weapons on it, it needs more I hope they have updates for this app

Its good app but its need more things like Boss wiki

This ap could be great... Could be be worth the $.99, but all it has is weapons and armor -- not all sets mind you, just some. I went in this needing to find spells, but there are none. If at some point theres an update with EVERYTHING in it, it would definitely be worth it. As it stands now.... Needs work

You want a way to find everything in Dark Souls II? This is the way to do it.

This is a great app especially for those people who want to find EVERYTHING and be O.P. But as a suggestion, could you add a section for magic weapons such as the staffs, chimes, etc. if that were to be added it would be a 5 star app.

Good app to help you master the game, but needs a section for magic and magic weapons..... Also needs a section for keys. Other than that this would be a five star app (after all armor sets also are added)!

Maybe something in enemies, and weapons when infused and upgraded? Just a thought

Very useful app. I was able to track down a lot of missing spells with this app. Great work!

Absolutely terrible

Good Job on the app but please add info on all the rings

The concept is amazing, but its missing various things such as rings, keys, SOUL ITEMS, spell updates and such, please make this a 5 star by doing so.

The two main wikis for DS2 can be hard to find basic info on, and require you to open a browser and use a keyboard. This app has simple tips and acquisition locations for every item, organized by category and set. I especially like how the boss weapons are organized in their boss header, and included in the weapon type lists. My only (minor) gripe is the scrolling through the item lists could be more responsive.

Menu is fluid and responsive. Organization is excellent and interface is fun to browse. The main problem is that not all the items have been catalogued. Many weapons and armor sets from vanilla are not included. Would benefit with upgrade tables for each weapon. Overall: Not bad for 99 cents.

Awsome has everything I need, but dads no rings yet! :(

At least finish some of the blank items. Add rings and bosses. Make it so stats of things arent touchable so that the user can type stuff in. Search boxes too.

Not a whole lot to this app. It gives information great to have at your fingertips while playing the game. Item descriptions and some great information upgrading weapons. How the upgrade process works, the math behind each upgrade and the locations of items needed to make the upgrades. Even though there isnt a ton of information in the app what is there is definitely worth the money. Make the purchase.
